What is the "rudest" nationality?

Thankfully, there is no such thing. Having worked at the UN and having seen the full panoply of nationalities interacting I can see each has their moments. Rudeness is not based on national characteristics but individual ones. There are rude people in all cultures just as there are nice people in all cultures. As to racist stereotyping of one group over another, or worse racebaiting, like in questions like this, I should suggest caution. Rudeness is determined by intent, not cultural attributes. There are boorish people everywhere. Just check your answers.

I've, shall we say "mingled," with people in lots of countries, and there are rude and nice types, in all the countries I've been in.

I think it is rude to get on here and dump all the people in any country, into one basket, and fry them all up as being rude. Especially when you've never met any of them.

USA, definitely. Look at all the chaos and havoc they've wrought on random, defenseless countries. They're the bully of the world, taking the little people's lunch money (3rd world countries).
