I'm 18. but can i still learn to play Violin or Cello? Is there time? I love Violins! m18?

I just went to a birthday party for a Korean gentleman who was celebrating his 65th birthday. He took up the violin at 60!

He was pretty good, too.

It's never too late to learn something new, though sometimes it's too late to be a superstar.

(You might want to bear in mind, however, that bad violin sounds way worse than bad cello! Just a thought.)

I knew a lady who picked up the violin at almost 50! Go for it, you are still very young, and you are never too old to learn something new!

It's never too late to learn a musical instrument if you have the desire to learn, granted the older you get the more difficult it becomes but don't let that stop you - you're only 18. You've got plenty of time...
