Why haven't I had my period?
I was on the shot for 6 months so I had 2 injections and decided not to do it anymore and the last shot would have expired at the end of March. Well it is almost 2 months later and I have not had any bleeding, why is this? I am not pregnant and have not been stressed

The depo shot can really throw off your menstral system, I really don't recommend depo to ANYONE. It can have longterm harmfull side effects. I know myself from experience with the depo shot, it does different things to different people, but except to be off wack for a while, sometimes it can take 6 months to a year for your body to get back to normal from it.

If I am not mistaken, missing your period is a side effect of the shot. Your whole cycle is out of whack. You should be extra careful during this time if you are sexually active because you could get pregnant and not know it. If you have lost some weight, it could affect your period as well. If you are sexually active, you might just be pregnant as well.

If i am not mistaken it is from the shot. But if you r being sexually active it will mess up your cycle and then you can be preagnent without even knowing it.
