Thomson "He who makes a beast out of himself gets rid of the pain of being a man" i love this quote, it makes so much sence in the world today, we have people that don't want to deal with problems so they get into a self destructive pattern..i use this quote to remind me not to give into temptation, and to think for myself, becasue we have enough beasts out there.

It shows that people will be lazy, but people are also bored. You can't fight boredom without doing something to get out of that funk. If you get one, the other is often right behind. Keeps me from becoming lazy, so I try to preoccupy my time as much as possible.

I think we let ourselves get bogged down in the bad stuff so much sometimes that we refuse to see that we can wait it out, or even be proactive towards ending whatever it is that is troubling us. It's very important to try to keep your wits about you, even if everything seems bad at the moment.

If at first (or second) you do not succeed, try and try again.

I like this cuz I seem to give up to easily,especially if I fail at something (without even giving it my best shot)I would lose my courage to try it again.And again if need be.
