Why do I feel an unusual sensation when someone is staring at me in my back?

yep-i think its a "6th sense" kinda thing...But wouldn't you rather know someone is there instead of them sneaking around?

Test after test has been conducted on this issue and noone has ever demonstrated a relaible ability to know when someone is staring at them behind their backs. We all sometimes FEEL as if people are staring at us. And, often, if we turn around we will meet someone's eyes. However in many instances they looked up because their perepheral vision caught the movement of you turning to look.

The tendency to often feel as if people are staring at you behind your back is a symptom of "Paranoia".

It's just due to our 6th sense. Just like the dogs and other animals that sense the danger around it by its smelling sense, we are also having the precogniting sense of danger or other things by the power of our brain and soul.

Try staring others from their back.They will definitely turn and see u.It is due to the passing of your mind waves through the waves widely spreaded in the universe and your waves affect their mind waves and make them turn back

In fact I read that because of this sixth sense police are trained not to stare at the guy's head when they are trailing someone.

Because you are aware of your surondings more than just by what your eyes see most pepole tend to feel presences because they are either in touch with their inner selves or the person is so horrible that they can not masks their presence worth or crap.

yes, i sometimes get a tingling feeling that comes over my head, I can stop whatever I am doing and look around, and find that someone who was staring at me, it happens everytime, it never fails.

I think it stems from many many years ago when we had to Survive in the forests /jungle

yea, it's your "sixth sense." everyone has it, although some are more sensitive to it than others.
