Why do you all think that powder will clog your pores??

Honestly, only oil pased powder will clog your pores, sleeping with powder will clog pores because of the film your skin will secrete at night. Also this mineral make up is all crap. I repeat all hype and rubbish. i know because I use these brands where i work and i know it is all just marketing. Just stick to oil free.

Powder will not clog the pores. Usually foundations with oils will clog the pores, but with good cleaning at night and in the mornings and blotch during the day, you should be good to go for a healthy face. Moisturizers are good to put on before make-up, but a moisturizer that is oily can blotch up your foundation or powder. Remember, oils and dirt in the skin get trapped and can cause clogged pores not powder.

Powder will clog your pore more IF you put moisturizer on first. Good brands of foundation applied lightly in small amounts have enough moisture by them self. Adding only a small amount of powder to finish off with a brush or fluffy puff. Not he ones that come with the powder or foundation, will not clog the pores very much. Hot days sweaty nights.Makeup on too long without refreshing all end up with blocked pores

I put on moisturizer everyday before powder and I don't think it clogs my pores...haven't broken out in a while anyways. But most people don't wear moisturizer

actually powder does clog your pores with or with out moisturizer only if the poweder have glitter and metallics in it. Using something like bare minerals will not clog your pores because it is made from natural resources such as soy beans.

of course powder will clog your pores because you are not giving your face a chance to breath.

It will if you use it a lot without proper care. If you do use it quit offten at night before you go to bed it is always recomended to wash it off they have special make up removers you can use, and wear moisturisers as well.

i use powder. i dun have clogged pores. they key is to wash ur face after 4-5hrs and put on another application.

actually the moisturizer absorbs into the skin drawing the powder even closer to the pores.You're actually better off using the powder alone.But,either way you been reading to many books that just want to sale something.

People don't care about taking care of their skin with good cleaner and moisturizer products
