No, this can just happen sometimes....I guess. Sometimes if a woman is around other pregnant women, she'll pick up on the pregnant hormones being sent out, and her body responds by lactating herself (this is pretty rare, but possible). Men can also lactate (in more primitive tribal cultures, sometimes men will start lactating if there's an infant around with no mother to feed it) which is disturbing, but possible. (I watched a special on the Discovery channel called "Men with Breasts" that, while disturbing, was pretty interesting).

And I suppose it COULD just her being horny. Her body might just respond to horniness by producing a lactating hormone.

AND it could also be something wrong. Are you sure she's actually lactating, or does she just have an odd discharge. Maybe she should see her doctor just to be sure nothing's wrong.

No that means she is pregnant or just gave birth. Some times also if she has a hormone in balance that could happen. In some rare instances when a person is on their cycle can have things like that happen. But it would be very minimal and not to noticeable unless you are around her all the time. Also if she has begun taking birth control pills recently can may be possible.
