I'm guessing up to four (one for each base awarded or taken as a result of the error)

I think the maximum would be 8 and that would mean a fielding and a throwing error for each base that the runner took. One player alone could at most account for half of these meaning four but that would be difficult. Two is the most that it is usual for one player to make

There was once four in one MLB play. The batter swung a strike three, but the catcher dropped the ball(1). The catcher's throw to first was off and went into the outfield(2). There was another runner who was going home, and the throw was off(3). The pitcher got the ball and threw it to the third base dugout (4).

4 has been the most in professional history, but I suppose an infinite number could occur.

There is no rule that I know of; I would think that realistically, there could be 4 (it would have to be a reaaly stupendously bad team, worse than KC). A fielding error, followed bt a throwing error, another throwing error, and another fielding error. That would score a run with no men on base.

There is no real limit. Probley only 3 or 4 untill a runner will score tho.
