How do I get rid of adware on my computer?

Yahoo anti-spy is working fine but there is just 1 adware it can't get rid of, does anyone know a good adware remover?

    Ad Adare is a scam. If you downloaded it for free it IS spyware. Buy a SPy Sweeper. Webroot makes a good one. If you go online you should sweep EVERY time you sign off. I'll bet Spy Sweeper finds plenty. I run mine once or twice a day and find 15-20 traces even though I am only here and Ebay.

    To remove the program Adaware: Go to the control panel / Add - Remove Programs / select Adaware / clk on Remove.

    i agree with all the spyware/adaware programmes mentioned avove. however, a word of adivice: get avast or kasperski antivirus, they work well as firewalls, and you'll most likely never have problems like those in the future.

    Buy a Apple computer......there is and never has been any adware or virueses in a Apple.....throw your machine away.

    Go to lavasoft adaware and download and install the programme. it works very well and is free.
