im a big beliver on the guy asking the girl out...as long as you flirt with them to let them know your intrested....if he likes you he will see the green light and go for it!

just walk up to him and ask. Guys are easy. If you usealy get asked out you probably are farly good looking so he will be very flattered that you asked him out!

Become friends at first so you can learn more about him. Meet to do homework together. Find out about his interests, and say you'd love him to take you to those places.
