Not an easy answer. You need to ask yourself why yand what you are fantasizing about? Are you fantasizing because you are with the wrong person? Are you fantasizing 'cause of the lack of communication between you two? So the answer really depends on your answer. There are healthy fantacies to have but during sex if your not sharing your being selfish. This may not be the ideal relationship for you.
