no idea, i see a lot of life changing questions. I think the good thing is you can reach lot of people in one go if you have aquestion. But often serious questions require serious answers and if a friend came to you with such a question then you would want to know all the facts.

People ask serious quesions because they want serious answers. If you talk to a friend you get one opinion. If you ask her you may get 3 sacarstic answers, and 15 serious opinions. It is nice to do a 'survery' to see how others would deal with your problems. It helps put things in perspective and make your own decision.

b/c they want some pretty serious answers, and after all, this is a place to get answers to any/all questions

frist of all here no body really knows who you are its safe and second these people are unbiased most of the time they dont know you from a man in the moon so real answers for the most part. sometimes people have no where else to turn and just need reassuracne without being judged most of the time

you can ask a serious question but you might not get a serious answer

Well I was going sites on the Internet and came to this and it looked like a place you could ask anything.that's the reasons I found this site. so I thought there maybe ppl that could answer a question or two.

There are questions so serious that if you asked them in public you might have your house burned down. There is an insult unto death. Suicide is group murder be nicer.

They want an opinion in which it they ask friends or family they wouldn't feel right and they would think that they would think about that every time the talked or seen them

because life is serious. there are lots of people around who needs help and couldnt easily open up to others..this is very helpful.

To get answers to questions they may not know the answers to, OR maybe to get another persons point of view.
