The CRM is the winning 'mantra' for business in these days where a few customers are being chased by many suppliers. So, you are in the right track and I do not see any disadvantage in learning our acquiring CRM.

If you are extremely small, you don't really need one. If you have many many customers and a lot of suppliers then you are doomed without it.
