Is it cheaper to buy NY city tours, inclusive of Harlem online or should I wait until I get there?

    You should try to book it in advance...these city tours are VERY popular and sell out very quickly. I LIVE in NYC and have been trying to book a Harlem Jazz tour and they've been very heavily booked so far.

    WITH THE GRAYLINE TOURS, I KNOW ITS CHEAPER ONLINE, BY AT LEAST $5
