Yes, you must log in to your router setup and access the security log page, It will be more useful if you also knew the computers ip address (by router, like 192.168.1.103) this way you can track what ports they are using, the ip addresses of the websites they visit and such.

if there aren't a lot of firewalls in place, you might be able to see some things with Ethereal or some other network traffic analyzer.
