Derek Jeter's back hand flip to Jorge Posada to get Jearmy Giambi at home in the 2001 ALDS against the Oakland A's.

Jeter, the "trailer," came outta nowhere from the middle of the infield, grabbed the ball and back-flipped it to Posada. The throw was perfect, Posada swipe-tagged Giambi's leg just before he was about to score the tying run.

    Best play ever, period.

Jim Edmonds diving catch in Game 7 of the NLCS in 2004. One of the best plays. I even got a framed picture of that catch in my bedroom. Go Cards!!!

Not really a play (so to speak), but the total collapse of the yankees in the 2004 ALCS was biggest event in recent history.

Jim Edmonds' over the shoulder, leaping catch against the Royals. This was back when he was with the Angels. He ran straight back to the centerfield fence, leaped straight out and caught the ball over his shoulders.

    An unbelievable catch.
