Hi there, my wife is a flight attendant and she loves the job. You can not say they are just high class waitresses.... this job is underestimated. The main task of a stewardess is passengers' security and health.
The most annoying is when you have a death passenger on board or when someone is dying, and you have to get rid of the corps for the rest of the flight. The other shitty thing is when drug-trafficants get sick because of a 'capsule' which exploded in their stomach...
great job

"A former stewardess on Mohammed al-Fayed's private airline is accusing the Harrods boss of sexually harassing her.
The tycoon denies he subjected Claire Faulds, 27, to unwanted "physical and verbal" sexual advances three times during the fortnight she spent at Fayair.
We will be vigorously contesting it and look forward to dealing with it at the tribunal
Mr al-Fayed's spokesman
But the case looks set to finish in an industrial tribunal, held under the Sex Discrimination Act.
Miss Faulds quit the Jersey-registered airline, which is based at Stansted airport in Essex, after several incidents at Mr al-Fayed's Park Lane offices.
Papers beginning the legal process were served last week but Laurie Meyer, spokesman for Mr al-Fayed, has dismissed the claims.
He said Mr al-Fayed, who this week won his High Court libel battle against disgraced former minister Neil Hamilton, was ready for another public legal fight.
Mr Meyer said: "We have received the form setting the tribunal machinery in process but we deny the allegations.
"We will be vigorously contesting it and look forward to dealing with it at the tribunal."
Mr al-Fayed's airline owns and runs a £35m Gulfstream jet reserved for his personal use.
The hearing is expected to be held in February or March."

well, nothing much except that they try to look so sophisticated (which i know is usually company policY). such a behavior usually deters and intimidates some passengers. it is such a put-off attitude that it makes them less approchable, which is contrary to the fact that they should be friendly and they should cater to the needs of the passengers.
