are zero calorie salad dressings for real?

Just remember this, when they take out fat or anything else that's bad for you, they have to replace it with something else that's bad for you.

The only problem I have with dressings that are low in calories is that they are equally low on flavour. Many do exist though. Not sure if there is a good low calorie dressing. I love to use a little basalmic vinegar with black pepper to season a salad. Most dressings, including low fat ones, are ultra high in calories. It's part of why there are so many fat people in America. Dressings and deep fried foods.

I have not 0 calorie dressing before. If I had some, it probably not be good tasting. I would stick to the reduced calorie dressing made by Kraft.

ya there is but they load it up with alot unhealthy things like salt carbs sodium acid to get flavor

only ketchup has no oil in them but other salad dressing has oil and fats....so no eat ketchup

they're for real, but some have high carbs or high sodium instead

would they sell it if it was fake?
