Cell phone HELP!!!!?
I was fishing today and I had my cell phone in my back pocket and when I got it out the front screen had all different types of colors. When I open it and look at it, It looks cracked in the inside. I think it could have gotten wet from sweat but nobody else thinks so. Do you think it can be fixed? My bf's dad pays mine and his bill and I dont want to make him pay to get me a new so I need to know if I need to go somewhere to get it fixed so I look a little responsible. I dont want to break something and not pay for it.
I really need help! PLEASE!
Should I try to get a new one or go try to find help to fix it.

If you take the battery off of the phone, there's a little dot. Usually white, if it has changed colors, then the phone got wet. If that is the case, then even with phone insurance the provider will not fix it. If the little color changer hasn't changed, then it is VERY possible that (as long as you have insurance) the company will fix it with no problem. 9 times out of 10 they will at least send it in to find out what is wrong with it.
Now, some phones don't have the little color changin thinginy, so you might have to have the company send it in and even if they can fix it, they won't if it appears to have had water damage because it could cause the phone to short out and shock you or spark and be a fire hazard!
Honestly, I don't think sweat would've done it, but anything is possible, so your best bet is to just take it to the phone company and see what they say!

When you apply pressure to the screen, like sitting on it, it turns different colors and is only temporary. If the front screen is fine now then that is what happened. As for the crack, it might be that or just a scratch from something else. You can have the inside screen replaced. Either way take it to the store and have them look at it.

well since you were fishing maybe it was very sunny outside and when it is it will cause the color thing. ya it probably just got a little wet so just put it in a cool dry place for a a little while and im sure itll work fine again.

it will probably be fine in a few days...if you didn't drop it in the water, or drop it on a hard surface. It just needs time to cool down, and dry out

ur proably gonna need a new one, but take it to the store and ask if they can fix it first
go to the store and ask if it is repairable first, but if its not then you have no other option but to get a new one
