is it ok to remove the items in the yahoo\ypsr\quarantine file and does that remove it from the system?

im getting things picked up by spyware in this folder just want them off my system

i just dont wanna delete something i use but they are all in there can i just delete the quarntine folder and make a new empty one there ? would it work like the old file?

    antivirus which detects viruses in some files

    and are not able to disinfect the files, so they just change thier name and keep em safely in the quarantine folders

    and later onwards when cure for such viruses are released they try to clean them

    but if the files arent quite necesssary you can safely remove them ( files in quarantine )

    It's safer to delete the quarantined items.

    Get SPYBOT SERCH & DESTROY it comes with user info..And also get ADWARE S.E. Both are free and work great. and yes I delete my quarantined spyware. If your system is working good with these items quarantined go for it.

    Yes, I don't think there's any harm in removing them but they are safe enough where they are.
