Why do some people think that putting a ? at the end of a statement automatically makes it a question?
Do people really expect an answer to something that isn't even a question to begin with?
Let me clarify. I meant here on "Answers." You don't ask rhetorical questions on "Answers" because that would completely defeat the purpose of the site's name, wouldn't it? It just seems like a lot of people make statements that would be better left on their LiveJournals than a site that is for people looking for ANSWERS to their questions.

There are people in this multicultural, multi-ethnic, multi-language world, who have only begun learning English. They wouldn't sometimes know how to ask a proper question. So they just use the question mark to demonstrate what they're saying is actually a question.
