WHy is Yahoo mail so slow?

I'm sorry to hear about your problems.

It's important to know that not all accounts are stored on the same server. Yahoo!, like all internet companies, use multiple servers. There could well be hundreds, if not thousands, of servers in use at any given time. For this reason, just because someone else's account is working doesn't guarantee yours will work. The opposite is also true. Just because your account isn't working doesn't mean others aren't, either.

To determine if the issue is with your account, try accessing your mail from a different computer using a totally different ISP. If the issue persists and it has been more than a day, then the issue is probably server related. You will need to contact Yahoo! Customer Care for help.

Hi Andrew.. Just letting you know that my yahoo mail is like it too.. it's not HALF as good as messenger! I Wouldn't pay not 5 cents for this crap!! Yahoo people should really get off there asses and start upgrading there yahoo or something if they want to keep the people in yahoo.. but right now i can't stand this f-ing ****!

I wish I did... have you found out anything yet because I am about to close my mail accounts with Yahoo... just "love..love" the fact there is NO way to contact Yahoo. Thank you.

if you have AOL or something like that with a telephone line, you're not going to get the fastest, even though they claim to be the fastest. try your local cable for the fastest possible speed!

i've been with yahoo since 1995 & i love the fact that i can access them from ANYWHERE!

they are the easiest to access from other countries & within the USA also.

Have you deleted your internet cookies ?

Have you done a disc clean up?

These two things alone can cause any program to slow WAY down

my mail dont go slow it takes a little bit to compose mail but other than that I think its fast

Who do you have Internet through and what kind of processor do you have?

have tried to remove junk but can't delete.....anything why the hell not
