I think so and to prove my point my friend and I did a bit of a social experiment a few years ago. I have a background in drama and we were at a bar one night and we decided to try this theory out. Basically, I used a british accent for the entire night and I swear men were literally melting at my feet! I think most of us are really interested in things that are foreign to us.
