I use WORD to make texts. Typing I only get capitals. The CapsLock doe not help. And you?

I found it myself under HELP

The solution is the toggle Shift ControllA

    Try going to Format>Font.

    Then, under 'Effects', if the All Caps box is checked, uncheck it.

    That should fix your problem.

    I use word processing programs like Word, WinWord and Notepad, Outlook, etc....
