I think it is B, too.
Answer a) & c) will increase the resistance. Decrease diameter will make the "path" much narrow. Increase length will make the path much longer.
Answer d) could increase or decrease the resistance
Answer b) is the only answer for sure to reduce the resistance

Aluminium is almost as conductive and is greater fee-effective. It suffers from degradation due electromigration earlier although. The semiconductor industry is changing decrease back to copper for interconnect for its longer immunty to EM and decrease resistivity.

I actually immediately started looking for "increase its diameter", but out of those, I'd go with B.
As temperature increases, so does resistance.

most likely B.
superconductors, the things that make your computer run, have very little resistance because they are kept very very cold. i don't know what they're made of, but i imagine it would be the same concept.
