Food processing - auto WEIGHING machine?
For bakery, I mix sugar, flour, small amount of yeast, powder milk, etc. Each batch is about 20lbs, plus 50lbs flour. All ingredients are DRY powder. I mix the total of 70lbs batch many times a day, manually, using weigh scale.
I want to automate the weighing process.
So I can pour each raw powder material into 'separate' containerS in large qty, push the button, then the machine will WEIGH each material separately, then pour them into a bucket/bag.
accuracy should be less than 1%.
What is the name of the machine? Exact name so I can google it. Any popular manufacturer /links please?
I tried "automated weigh and scale" but apparently it is not the correct key words.
using bucket with permanent marker wont do, since weight of four: loosely or compacted is will be very different...

I do not know of any machine that can do this, but I have a suggestion. Get a series of containers, such as plastic buckets, and label them for each ingredient. Measure/weigh out each ingredient and place it in the appropriately labeled container. Using a permanent marker, mark the level of the measured ingredient in the container. Now, you only need to fill each container to the marked level and transfer it to the mixer. That should speed things up quite a bit. (For large measures- like 50 lbs of flour, calculate how many whole containers plus the partial amount and mark that on the container).
