i am moving to NY, NY what will rent be on a 1 bdrm aprt. cost?

    It definitely depends on the neighborhood you're moving into but I'd say in the entire borough of Manhattan (where I live) be prepared to spend between $1500-$2200 on a 1 bedroom apt. a month. Thank god for rent control I don't pay any where near those amounts :) ..... Go further uptown you'll get more space for your money.
