While you are looking at the page, press the ctrl key while you spin your mouse wheel away from you one click at a time. This ought to bring it down. If you're using Internet Explorer or Firefox, you can also go to the View menu and select Text Size and change it that way.

Just go to the top of your browser and click on View. From the drop down list select Text Size. Choose the size you want and your done.

On yahoo's home page, Click on View then scroll down to text size and choose whatever size you wish your fonts to be.
