Software to sync desktop and a laptop?
I will be going abroad and I need to sync ALL of my files and have both the laptop and desktop match, then again when I return. Similar to the way one would sync a PDA to the computer but just the whole thing.
I have found several websites with software but has anyone used them with success? I know I can't be the only person with this issue.

You can use the Windows Briefcase. Right-click the desktop on the laptop, point to new, and select briefcase. Once created, copy all files to sync on the other system into it. Whenever you want to make sure the files are the same, click the update all icon in the briefcase's windows. You might want to test it before you go to make sure its working properly.
