The easiest way is to sneak into the computer room were the main file servers are and while the technician is not looking just hit the on / off switches on all the computers and pull out any cables that are connecting things together
That'll work just fine , then you need to leg it back to your desk and try to act all innocent

read about the latest email virus email some one who got it in storage and tell them to send it to your email open the attachment and wallah
they cant fire you for what is so obviously a mistake

download an ENTIRE website, that should slow the server down massively.
