It's not a matter of the best toothpaste it's a matter of doing a good job when using the toothpaste. I lived with a dentist and she wasn't hooked on a brand but she did stress the importance of flossing, brushing well and using listerine. I usually go with one that I like from the taste and sometilmes my wallet helps with the decision as well.

You seem really bored, well anyway, the best toothpaste in my opinion is the new Crest Cinammon flavored toothpaste. Leaves you teeth white and give you the best breathe for the whole day.

The best toothpaste is the one the is LEAST abrasive and contains flouride... usually in the form of a gel... personally, I like Ultrabrite Original Gel with Flouride because it is cheap and is minimally abrasive to the enamel so that your enamel will last you a long time... abrasive toothpaste can lead to wearing of the enamel and cause the teeth to appear more yellow since the underlying dentin is yellow....

Stay away for "whitening" toothpastes. They may have too much abrasiveness that can damage your healthy teeth.

    Colgate and Crest
