It all depends on your approach with whatever you are saying. You can tell her that her outfit is ugly as long as you say it with sincerity. Just be cautious with your words and tone of voice.

she doesn't want to be with you anymore and she's too afraid to say anything so instead she treats you like crap to make herself feel better.
