    Coffee, all-bran and soy milk w/ blueberries and a glass of carrot and ginger juice that I juiced myself.

    "Crunchy TOAST"---Preparation Cook on top of stove in frying pan *(NO Oil or Butter)* for less than 1 minute

    Place on your PLATE

    and "CRUNCHY Toast"

    and Juice- Orange Juice *(FRESHLY SQUEEZED)*
