Does anyone know who makes the lime sauce that Taco Bell uses? Or where I could purchase it?

Give it some time and Taco Bell will come out with it themselves. They might already, they have thier other sauces in stores next to the ethnic food section.

It seems like its sour cream sauce with lime juice. If so, Taco Bell probably won't market it because their grocery store products are all shelf items - no dairy which can spoil.

Interesting note: Most fast food restaurants have their condiments in pumps. Taco Bell is the only restaurant I've seen where they finally broke down and used caulking guns for their condiments.

I don't know who makes it, maybe the company, but I think you can purchase it on a food channel network number, or maybe even ebay.com
