Depends on where you are located.
In Canada... most dealers are in the $100/hour range.Private garages range from $60 - $80/hour.
All I can say is, if the mechanic you trust costs more... its worth the price. Be care-full... their are many crooks out their who call themselves mechanics, but cant diagnose their way out of a shoe box.

who're you to evaluate the problematical artwork prices of a mechanic? They get no money for procuring the actual area (nicely, often speaking) so the total income of their corporation is in protecting with problematical artwork prices.... so... that mechanic would get 20 in protecting with hour of that..... lease for the progression receives a percentage... a foyer so as that you'll be able to sit down in a percentage... paying people at the front table a percentage... sixty 5.00 is fairly useful and market conventional to make a lengthy tale short.

$70 because the newer cars get, the more aggrevating it can be. $150 a day, $360 a week. Not including parts.
