A gin blossom is the little capillaries in a persons face that have broken due to alcohol abuse ....

A) A broken blood vessel in a drinker's nose that cause his/her nose to look red.
B) A member of the two-album wonder from the 90s that sang such hits as "Hey Jealousy".
These answers assume that the middle letter in your GIn is an mistakenly capitalized "i".

Please remember that there are a lot of reasons peoples face capillaries swell up and redden their faces. A simple head cold can cause this as well as a lot of other conditions.

It is NOT caused by alchohol abuse...look it up..BUT...drinking too much can worsen it
