I have an Elementary Teaching Licence in Virginia, will this Licence allow me to teach in West Virginia or NC.

you should contact the WV or NC department of education. Because you currently hold a license in another state they will probably grant you a temporary license until you complete all necessary coursework to satisfy their license. Some states do have reciprocity though so you should check into it.

Contact the BoE...You can transfer your VA license straight to WV, but you'll need to take some extra classes to be certified in NC, if I remember correctly.

In West Va I believe you can teach at University w. that. In NC they require a trailer cert as well.

I don't know. However, if you inquire at a school district make sure you spell license correctly (not licence).

No each state issues it's own certification, you will need to certify in the state you wish to teach in!
