I need advice for a stay at home mom. I quit smoking two years ago, and am starting up again. Should I quit?
I quit smoking about two years ago and I'm starting to get stress and can't quite cope. I take meds. for my mood swings and for anixety. Should I just stop all toghter? The smoking.

I'd stay quit. When you feel your mood changing, go for a walk or do something different. Maybe find a radio station that plays some slow jazz, or music that helps you to relax.

Yes, you should quit all together, and stay quit. Like a fool, I quit one time for a year, and started back, because I got mad at my ex. She left, but I still smoke. Take my advice, and don't smoke the first one.............you'll be gald you didn't! Good Luck!!

I think the best way - and trust me I'm not being facetious here - just don't buy any fags. you could drink tea or something when you have a craving. although I read somewhere that if you give up cold turkey it can affect the baby because the baby "experiences" the cold turkey too. you may want to do some of your own research on that though - I'd hate to tell a pregnant woman to smoke!

personal smoking is the the worst thing to do not only does it shorten your time on earth with your kids but its just not haelthy if you want to relieve stress try meditation i know it sounds wierd but it can help calm your inner self if that dont work buy a punching bag to relieve high tension.gl and stop

Yes you came way too far to start again and you wont only be benefitting yourself, but also your children.
