You need to stand up for yourself. You have a baby to protect now. Too bad if your husband has to sell the race car.
You say he has many debts. He should sell the car. That's what marriage and fatherhood is all about. sacrifice!
Tell your brother he has to begin paying RENT if he wants to keep living there. Send a letter IN WRITING so you have proof.
Give him 2 months to find a job. If he doesn't pay on the 1st of the 3rd month, KICK HIM OUT. Use the money to help your parents

Not to make this sound mean or anything but i would really leave the guy. He sounds like he is more worried about his race car then he is anything else. I mean you had a home and a job before meeting him. Now you also have to worry about your parents and the new baby. I would help them out while also trying to get back on your own two feet. Need more advice don't be afraid to ask

Sell the second home to your parents or to a brother or sister or other family member.
When you are low on money, it is not responsible for your husband to keep this extravagant fantasy car. Tell him I said that.
