I would recommend calling an electrician. Calling a city inspector will mean that you will probably be required to pull a costly permit and maybe even upgrade your panel. Not calling the city will save you from having to make a donation to them.
Most range/ovens require a 50 amp two pole breaker. You can but range cable, I believe it is usually 6-3 aluminum(6-3 means size 6 wire, 3 conductors).
The dish washer requires 12-2(2 size 12 conductors) And a 20 amp single pole breaker.
If you do decide to attempt this on your own be sure to turn of the main breaker, if you have one, before working on the panel. I would want to see you hurt yourself.

220 for the stove only. dishwasher usually goes on 110. and 12-2 will work for the dishwasher, but not the stove. Breaker size will be determined by the appliances. This can be dangerous, I would recomend having an electrician do the connecting in the breaker box.

all appliances need independent circuits, 120 2wire w/grnd for the washer with a 20 amp breaker, and 220 3 wire with ground,2 pole single throw breaker. you need to keep your panel balanced to avoid load overstack .Call an Electrician or your city inspector for advice so's you don't burn your house down.AND! don't futz with that panel without shutting off the main!!
