Get all your files off of it that you want to keep, then reformat/reinstall the operating system

  • Hey yo, no need to pay. i love to help someone out. First, go to the Defragment window. Then, above the bars should be a list of available drives. You should defragment ALL of them. Then, depending on what kind of anti spyware and virus software, run a virus scan now. Then go to start, tools, then control panel. Go to add and remove programs and delete any trial programs, odd software, and sift through anything that says that you've never used it before. Run another virus scan and you should be all set. if there is still a prob., You Need A Geek squad guy or a repairman

    good luck Nick
