Hi, First of all the #1 reason for a Operating Sysstem is not enough memory
add some if here is a list of how much you should have for systems
Windows 3.x= 16 MB
Windows 95-98= 36 MB
Windows Me-2000= 64-100MB
Windows Xp-Vista= 300MB-1GB
oh and whats wrong with defrag, enting? defragmenting just arranges the files so they are easier to fingd no deleting i would say disc CHECK would be more dangerous! lol
