please let me know how to remove edit/delete after my answer?
once i've submitted my answer, edit/delete shows up at the end of my answer, how do i remove them. also how do i get the report abuse to be amended to the beginning of my answer or question?

The edit and delete will show up for you and you only in case you find more info or flatout regret your response. As soon as the question goes into voting or is resolved, though, you will no longer have those options.
Other people see the Report Abuse button under your name, but you can't because in most cases it would just be silly to report yourself. :)

Click on Edit or click on Delete which is at the bottom of your answer.

after u answer it will say delete and edit at the bottom of your answer click on which one u want
