1)Place warm steeped tea bags on yur eyes, lay down and relax 4 bout an hour.
2)Dab on some (preparation H) *carefull not to get it into yur eyes!
3)The EXTREME: See a plastic surgeon!

Good anti wrinkle cream.. (Clinique, Avene..) in the morning and evening, and whenever you feel your eye need it. Dont's scratch your eyes and keep them hidrated all the time. Also, for color, good sleep and you could try using toned concealer.. I don't know which one is for your greyish color, but there are different for different color(red, grey, green, purple).
