how can we change our password without knowing the our old password?

usually there would be a question and answer which will be used in case if u forgot your password........ question such as name odf your school, spouse, where u met your spouse etc........ by entering the right answer you can get a new password without knowing the old one.

you can do what everyone else said and get your old password, but if you don't remember the answers for your secret question, then you cant get your old password, and therefor you cant change your old password to a newer one, because you don't have the older one.

click on my account and it says passwork click the word change that is next to it and u can change the password alright peace out this is the last question im answering now

Yeah, it's hard to remember all of our many many passwords. I would contact the helpdesk to help you through this.

when you log in click on forgot password

Usually the website will ask for your email address, then email you a temporary, and then you can get into your profile and change it then!

If it's a Yahoo Account, you will need a court order and that may not work.
