You could take the airport bus to Fankfurt am Main if you want. If I you fly Ryanair it is free. If I were you I would really sleep in the Airport Hotel in Hahn and enjoy the Hundsrueck (area where Hahn is) the next day until your connecting flight. It is a very beautiful and hilly area. At this time -Soccer World Cup- you will anyway not find a hostel in Frankfurt am Main, because the whole city is crazy and so many people are there.
Good luck.

Hahn is around 175km from Frankfurt (nearly 2 hours driving) and is in fact closer to Luxemburg than Frankfurt! It is an ex-Air Force base, converted to civilian use.
Ryanair, and the other airlines that use it are "point to point" airlines, meaning they do not offer onward connections.
You may not be able to sleep overnight in the hotel for security reasons, or it may actually close sometime after midnight until the first flight in the morning. There are hotels in the airport area.

It is safe and easy to sleep in the airport. No problem. It is a small, comfortable hall. Not dirty, not drafty und without any dangerous guys.
But in case of need: There's a hotel 50m from the airport.
