Assuming you are in a 10 team league, I'll break it down by position.
QB: Hasselbeck & Green; an 8.5 out of 10. Both are good and have probably played as well as they are capable of.
RB: Tiki, R Brown, and McAllister: 9/10. If you are in a league that gives you receptions, Tiki is even more valuable. However, Barber generally doesn't put up back-to-back great seasons. I do expect Ronnie to blow up this year, possibly finishing in top 5 rushing yards. A better offense means more late game rushing attempts. McAllister, if healthy, is a top 10 RB. Too many questions around that team (R Bush, health of Deuce and Brees) to know where Deuce projects.
WR: Ward, Horn, Evans, Porter; 8/10. Ward is a solid #1. Will be interesting to see if he has problems with there being no #2 on that team though. Horn should be better then last year, but again, depends on Brees's health. Evans is a TD machine and if he even had an avg QB, might be a top 15 WR. Porter is a good 4th receiver to have.
TE: Crumpler & H Miller; 9/10. Crumpler always puts up top 5 TE #'s and H Miller may make the leap this year to a TE around top 5 TE's.
K: Graham & Wilkins; 8.5/10. It's hard to rate K's as you really never know what they will do. You would have thought Vanderjagt had a great year when Manning blew up for 49 TD's, but too many XP, not enough FG's. Graham should be a top 7 K though and Wilkins is probably starter quality.
Def: TB & Atl; 9/10. All you really need is one really good defense and TB should fill that role. It should be interesting to see how the D-line is effected now that Marinelli is the head coach in Detroit. Atlanta is very good #2 Def...again, position is too tough to predict in June.
Overall, I would give your team a 9.2/10 While I didnt give you anything better then a 9, your team as a whole is very good. The only thing I worry about is you don't have any of the top 3 at QB, RB, or WR and therefore no one I would look at and say, Hey, this guy can carry my team for the week.
Also, take a look at bye weeks. The NFL got rid of one of the bye weeks (week 10) and put 6 teams on bye during weeks 6 & 7.

You have an outstanding team. You have the second or 3rd best fantasy QB. The 4th best fantasy RB. 3 Solid receivers. Ronnie Brown is gonna have a good year because he is gonna get all the carries, I look for him to go over 1,000 and score 9-10 TD's. If Deuce can stay healthy (which probably won't happen) he is a great bench RB. Very good TE and backup TE. Good PK's and Good DEF. If your playing in a 10 man league than you look good. I grade your team as follows:
12 man league- 9.5
10 man league- 8.0
8 man league- 7.0

QB's are weak, Running game is okay. Deuce will be sharing the backfield with Reggie, plus he is coming off a knee injury. Lee Evans is good as long as he's thrown the ball. Joe Horn ok. Tiki good, Crumpler is a great TE with Vick

Good team, Joe Horn will have solid year with Brees on his team, And Ronnie Brown will carry the load without ricky williams
