Here's a site that lists the Good and Bad foods for people with stomach ulcers. There are also links to sample menus and foods that are recommended/should be avoided. Good luck!

He shouldn't eat anything with acid in, like tomatoes, applesauce, and other things like that. Grains are the best, like pasta and sandwiches. Most meats aren't a problem as long as the sauce you use isn't tomato based or has a lot of salt in it. Fruit can be eaten but it should be eaten in very small amounts because it also contains acid.
Thats all I know. Hope it helps.

Could be he is stressed in the environment he lives in. My step daughter's stomach would hurt and hurt and she would become constipated and would throw up all the time. Her dr checked her for EVERYTHING! Once she started living with me and her Dad more her stomach stopped. Turns out she was stressed living with her Mom so much that is caused her body to be sick.

Sorry to hear this about your child. First of all, talk to his Dr. and consult a dietician. Then you can start doing your own research following medical advice, of course.
