You don't have to say anything. You could wave at him the next time you see him. But why not be a woman of the 21st century and say hi as you wave or better still go and say hello. You don't have to be shy for a guy to like you.

I think that you should do something, because he won't know that you like him. I understand how you feel, I am shy myself, but doing nothing will lead you nowhere. Doing nothing is what gets us Shy type in to trouble and it tends to make it hard for us to make friend. I think that you should maybe make something like cookies and bring it over to him, all guys like food. Most people love cookies- Chocolate Chip Cookies are the best. You chould say that you just baked the cookies and that you could eat them all and you wanted to know if he would like any. Then you could try talking to him. get over missy. ur going to have to say hi someday why not make that day today? just walk over to him and say hi. and start a conversation. it can be hard but thats what kinda makes it fun. try new things and evan if ur shy that just makes it all the more funner(is that evan a word? oh well it is now).

ask him to help u fix something in the house. if u can see when hes out in the yard go out and do something and wave to him or walk up to him and say hi im ur new neighbor. throw a house warming party and invite him over.
