    What size?

Then expect something of the "Do you want more food?" type questions. I think it's called point-of-sale marketing, trying to get customers to buy more food. Examples are:

Will that be all for you today?

    Anything to drink with that?

Would you like an ice cream with that?

    Ketchup?

Is that all for you today? But I bet you still get a few do you want fries with that?

Whatever specials or something new that they got going on; or they might ask would you like a sandwich or something to drink, or would that be all for you sir?

(First, make sure that they don't accidentally think you said Sprite. It happens to my mom all the time.)

"Would you like a XX or an YY with that today?" (fill in with your favorite dessert or additional menu item)

    "Any ketchup?"

"Your total is $YY, please pull up to the next window."
